From the moment I arrived, I loved it. The staff was great. Rooms were clean and spacious with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, plenty of towels and pillows. The pool was beautiful and indoor with no walking outdoors to access. I stayed here for an event in Newport. It was a 45 minute drive to Newport but from talking to other people staying in Newport, I assure you this was the better deal!! They were paying at least three times more for way less. There was even a restaurant in the same parking lot. I did not go there but I think it may be only lunch and dinner. The heater / ac worked exceptionally well. I only used the heater to dry some clothes but there is a washer/dryer on premises too.

Very clean accommodation. Friendly staff. Great location. Reasonably priced. Swimming Pool is a great feature and the rooms are sound-proof. The grounds and parking lots are safe and secured. Conveniently located beside a awesome Sports Bar, gas stations, liquor store, restaurants, etc. Short distances to main attractions and points of interest. Melissa (Front Desk Attendant) is very friendly, kind and professional. Ana (Cleaning Staff) is also very friendly and pleasant. She will keep your room very clean. I will definitely return and RECOMMEND this hotel.

Our favorite part hands-down was the beautiful river view that we had right from our room, even on the first floor. The view is absolutely amazing, we will definitely be going back to rent a second floor room next. There’s a pub right next door which is convenient, not too pricey, and pretty good. The hotel rooms were clean, along with the halls and common areas. There is a nice little playground outside the pool area which was nice.

Convenient Location and having Jillian's Sports Pub/ Restaurant next door made my stay perfect. Make sure to book the river side as the views of the Lees River and access to the field and river are outside your door. There is a liquor store across the street and a food mart just down the road. The house keeping staff is also A+: Friendly and responsive.
